Sharon and Jerry Ward have lived and worked in the Charlotte area since 1994. Before entering the real estate field, Sharon worked in bank management, lending and sales for a large regional bank, while Jerry was the human resources director for a large home improvement company.
In these careers, the Wards made many moves throughout the Southeast, and bought and sold many homes in the process. This experience is partly what makes them so successful in real estate--when they are working with transferees relocating in or out of the area, they can truly relate and identify with all their emotions, concerns, fears, and worries. Their goal is to ensure the transition is as smooth as possible with the least amount of inconvenience to their clients.
The Ward Team is a multi-million dollar producer. In 2004, they were awarded the National Honor Society award, which put them in the top 22% of Prudential agents nationwide. In 2005, they were awarded the National Leading Edge award, putting them in the top 14% of Prudential agents nationwide.
Jerry and Sharon are graduates of the Prudential Real Estate Dynamics course, graduates of the David Knox Sales and Listing Training, members of the Charlotte Multiple Listing Services, members of the National Association of REALTORS®, Member of North Carolina Association of REALTORS®, and the Regional REALTORS® Association.
They chose to affiliate with Prudential Carolinas Realty because of its name recognition throughout the country, its relocation department, and the integrity of the company and people associated with Prudential.
They are active members of their church and involved in community events through volunteering. They have two grown children and three beautiful granddaughters.
